Dicos Lavori Srl, a company specialized in the construction of public works and residential construction, announces that it has awarded three tenders promoted by Invitalia for a total of 45 million euros for the development of new school and healthcare buildings using PNRR funds in Lazio, Sardinia and Marche.
Di.Cos. Lavori won the three tenders through the Innova consortium of which she is a member and in particular the historic Roman group will be called upon to carry out a first important project for the redevelopment of healthcare facilities for approximately 10 million euros in Sardinia in Sassari, Porto Torres, Ozieri and Bono.
In the Lazio instead, for two redevelopment interventions for approximately 15 million euros, Dicos will have to seismically adapt and complete the A buildingSL Roma 2 in the via Carlo Tommaso Odescalchi area and create a new distribution of the internal spaces and renovation of the covered square Arco di Travertino where the client will be the Metropolitan City of Rome.
In Marche, in Porto Sant’Elpidio in the province of Fermo, the group will have to work on redevelopment and expansion of a school complex for approximately 20 million euros.
